Alessandro Di Puppo

Alessandro is a lawyer registered with the Special Register of Supreme Court Attorneys and Higher Jurisdictions, specializing in industrial law and intellectual property, particularly in the protection of know-how and in the registration of trademarks, patents, models, designs, and software, as well as in matters of unfair competition and the drafting of exploitation contracts for those same intangible assets.
He has taken part, also as a speaker, in conferences on industrial law, unfair competition, and new technology law, and he is the author of publications on these subjects.
After completing his law degree with a transnational focus at the University of Trento and attending the Specialization Course in Legal Informatics and New Technology Law at the Cirsfid of the University of Bologna, he obtained his professional qualification as a lawyer in Italy, where he is registered with the Bar Association of Bolzano.
