Donatella works mainly on extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, the hiving off of going concerns, the conferral of shareholdings, rights issues, the issue of corporate bonds, private equity transactions, acquisition financing, due diligence, business plans and the evaluation of companies), the hand-over from one generation to the next (structuring family holding companies, family agreements, governance according to the Articles of Association and shareholders agreements) as well as acting as tax advisor and corporate consultant.

She speaks Italian and English.
