Since 2005 he has been an advisor on company organization, the design of models for Planning and Control, M & A and strategic and business consulting for primary Italian and foreign corporations.
Over the years he has worked on many projects upgrading organizations structurally and bringing their IT systems into line with their financial and business processes.
He has also been involved in budgeting and industrial planning sometimes in the context of
extraordinary transactions on behalf of leading corporations and entities.
He has consulted on the evaluation and design of Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and on issues relating to Risk Management.
He has worked as a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies, as well as taking directorships in various companies.
Gabriele is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Prior to 2002 he was a Partner at Arthur Andersen, where he began his career in 1980. He went on to Ernst & Young, where he worked until 2005 and similarly consulted on AFC and internal management.
Gabriele speaks Italian and English.
