Gualberto Pacchiarotti

A Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, Gualberto has a long experience that began in 1989 at Arthur Andersen.

He later served as an executive in multinational ICT companies, taking responsibility for management consulting divisions.

As a result of his wide-ranging management consulting background, he developed a deep specialization in concessional finance and particularly in business planning.

This know-how is aimed at supporting corporate strategic planning and identifying concessional opportunities in line with the development plans of client companies.

In this sense, he has gained significant experience in directing R&D Projects financed by the European Union, coordinating Enterprise Networks and University Research Organizations.

Over the past decade, he has further expanded his skills by holding the position of CFO, with a focus on integration processes following acquisitions and incorporations, with a view to operational management and strategic vision.
