Martina mainly deals with civil and commercial law, both in judicial and out-of-court matters. She has also gained experience in banking law and issues related to German law.
In 2020, she obtained her Ph.D. from the Universities of Verona and Bayreuth.
She is currently a tenure-track researcher in private law at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
She has been a lecturer at the School of Specialization of Legal Professions of Macerata and Camerino, Trento and Verona, as well as Turin and Eastern Piedmont.
She has spent numerous periods abroad, at the universities of Berlin, Munich, Bayreuth, Salzburg, and the Max-Planck-Institut in Hamburg.
Since 2022, she has been qualified for the functions of associate professor of civil law.
She is the author of two monographs and several publications in scientific journals on civil law topics.
Martina speaks Italian, German, and English.
