A chartered accountant & registered auditor, Mauro works in the area of tax and company consultancy, particularly on M&A and the incorporation of national and international companies. He is part of a team working on Organizational Models pursuant to 231/01.
He deals with family offices and wealth management and is an expert in the hand-over of one generation to the next via holdings, trusts and family agreements.
He is a Statutory Auditor, Director and member of Supervisory Bodies.
