Paolo assists many entrepreneurs as well as Italian and international industrial groups in M&A transactions with a variety of aims, including modifying the shareholder base, injecting new capital into the company, bringing in institutional investors, managing the hand-over from one generation to the next and driving corporate growth. He is involved in all the phases of the transaction from the initial steps to the conclusion of the deal and
beyond.
Within this framework, he helps entrepreneurs decide on the future asset set-up of the company and on the industrial and commercial strategies to adopt. He is also involved in extraordinary financial transactions (the sale of holdings, mergers, the hiving off of going concerns, conferrals and corporate aggregation), and their tax consequences as well as in the evaluation of businesses.
