Stefania’s practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial law, both in litigation and out-of-court matters. She has also gained significant experience in the field of healthcare law.
In 2021, she obtained a PhD in Private Law from the University of Milan–Bicocca, where she currently serves as Adjunct Professor of Private Law and has collaborated on numerous national and international research projects as a Research Fellow.
She has taught at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and served as an Erasmus+ lecturer at the University of Granada. She has also carried out several research appointments abroad at the universities of Edinburgh, Berlin, and Uppsala, as well as at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg.
Since 2024, she has been qualified to hold the position of Associate Professor of Private Law.
She is the author of two monographs, for which she received the Best First Book Award from the Italian Civil Law Scholars Association, the Young Talent Award sponsored by the Accademia dei Lincei, and the Laura Bassi Award. She has also published over 50 articles in national and international peer‑reviewed journals on topics of civil law and private international law, in English, Italian, and Spanish.
