Private equity
The Private Equity branch of the firm assists clients in both minority and majority investment deals, leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, management buy-ins, buy-in management buy-outs, in the phases of startup, strategic initiatives and disinvestment.
Clients include independent private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as companies, individuals and managers with an active role in investments.
We are also skilled in assisting clients in relation to all the financial aspects of Private Equity deals providing the experience and expertise of external consultants concerning bond loans, bank loans and structured finance.
