Francesca Olivieri has lengthy experience in company contract and banking law, as well as in matters relating to corporate crises. Edoardo Tonetti has worked extensively in M&A, company law and corporate governance, including for listed companies operating in regulated markets. Sabrina Scala is a specialist in labour law within the framework of company reorganizations and restructuring, company transfers, collective redundancies and Trade Union negotiations.
