Unistudio Legal & Tax, through senior partner Enrico Repetto and Professional Edoardo Tonetti, has assisted the Flex Composite Group in the acquisition, via the subsidiary FCG Composite Italy S.p.A., of SELCOM S.r.l.
Selcom srl, established in 1992 in Fregona (Treviso) by the Pizzol family, produces and markets non-crimp fabrics in a variety of technical fibres with high added value, chiefly for the nautical, civil engineering and sports equipment sectors.
FCG Composite Italy S.p.A. is a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of flexible coated fabrics, technical film and carbon composite materials.
In 2021, the Flex Composite Group, with 300 employees and 7 sales offices, achieved a turnover of € 149 million. The Group invests € 6 million yearly, including € 2.5 million on R&D.
